The Club is please to announce the appointment of John Hay (the Club's PGA Professional) as the Director of Golf.

In a popular move amongst members, the appointment signals a step towards ensuring and maintaining playing standards at the challenging woodland course near Waterlooville. John is now responsible for all matters relating to the management of the course including future development and promotion of the club in respect of societies and visitors.

Course condition is high on the list of priorities that John will now pay keen attention to. From now on, green-keeping staff will answer to the new Director and follow his guidance in matters of maintenance.

With many years of Professional playing experience and his critical golfing eye, it is John's aim to use his expertise to re-establish Waterlooville's reputation  as one of the finest courses in Hampshire.
